Meet our Team

PRINCIPAL & FOUNDER

TIM FLYNN

“It’s a privilege to help people, get to know their families and be trusted with their personal, business and future goals.”

Tim is an experienced Commercial and Property Law Solicitor with a passion for agriculture and supporting Regional NSW. Tim has years of experience in acting for individuals, families, property developers, farmers and businesses in Regional NSW. Tim understands that comprehensive advice requires balancing legal priorities with commercial needs of clients.

Tim wears many hats, as a farmer and lawyer. He prides himself on being able to have professional board level meetings and also being able to jump into the shed and shear a sheep (well get the wool off it at least).

Tim studied a Bachelor of Law & Agribusiness through the University of New England, Armidale and holds a Master of Applied Property Law. He strives for continued improvement, particularly with his communications and is always looking for ways to better engage with clients, help clients communicate with each other and those around them. Experience as a 3rd generation farmer has taught Tim the importance of communication and instilled his passion for the future of agriculture and rural Australia.

GEORGIA KNIGHT

LICENSED CONVEYNCER

“I love when clients say that I’ve explained things in a way they could finally understand, and made the process of buying or selling simpler.”

Georgia is a Licensed Conveyancer with over a decade of experience in property law. Georgia holds a Bachelor of Business and was admitted as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2017 through Macquarie University Law School. She established her conveyancing career in Dubbo, and having being raised in a real estate family, her interest in property started young.

Georgia has worked across everything from residential and rural sales - to strata, water and commercial matters. She’s known for her practical, down-to-earth approach and has a real soft spot for first home buyers—making sure complex legal jargon is explained so her clients feel confident every step of the way.

These days, when she’s not helping clients settle, you’ll find her involved in the local community as a member of the local Rotary Club and making the most of country life.

LUCINDA FLYNN

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

“I’m so proud to say we are a family business and that we support families, and especially women.”

Lucinda holds a Bachelor of Psychology and Masters of Strategic Organisational Development. Bringing over 10 years of experience in child and adolescent mental health, along with extensive project-based work across the not-for-profit and government sectors. Her professional background has focused on supporting families, strengthening communities, and delivering initiatives that improve wellbeing and access to services in the bush.

A mum of three, she is married to Tim and lives on their family farm near Mudgee. Lucinda has a deep understanding of the realities of rural life and the pressures faced by farming families. She is particularly passionate about supporting regional communities and recognising the vital role women play as the backbone of farming businesses and family life.

Lucinda manages the marketing, social media and communications, where she brings strategy, creativity and a good sense of humour — including the ongoing challenge of getting Tim in front of the camera.
